Is there something I can buy to mask bodily noises in my bathroom?

I live in a small apartment. My bathroom is right near my living room. Whenever I have company over, if they need to take a dump in the bathroom, if there is no music playing or if the TV isn't on, you can hear all the farting and pooping. I want to buy something, maybe like a portable vent or something that makes a white noise to mask over these noises. Does something like this exist. This is not a joke. The last thing I need is to bring a girl over here and have her completely embarred if she needs to take a dump. Or if I have to while she's wating for me.
