Should I trade Josh Hamilton, Travis Hafner 4 james loney, alex rios? It is a 14 team, H2H league.....?

i think for hafner and hamilton you could get more then a loney and rios maybe try getting evan longoria and rios or fukodome and hafner for rios and bj upton?
