What do I need to synchronise outlook from PC to PDA?

I am using HP Traval Companion rx5700 running on MS Windows mobile 5.0 with pocket version of Outlook email, calendar, contacts etc. How can I sychronise the outlook 2007 from my PC to the rx5700? Pls help!
