Do black people as a whole self promote their own racism? Why do they behave badly as a whole?

To honestly say, I am mix. My mom is mix to but we are both Still black because we have black in us. My mom was talking about why black people always haves to behave like that. She hates to deal with them because they are very rude with the lack of intelligence. Our whole life we have came across intelligent Black Man. My honest opinion is that they were raised like that. My mom raised me in the highest role of being acknowledged and respectful to everyone. My mom does not date black Man because she does not like Black Man because what we came across. I have friends who are black but to honestly say, I judge on how they act not the color of there skin. And most of them act worse then animals. But just remember they were not raised in the proper way what we all wanted. Back in the days when blacks are slaves, the behave with the proper etiquette and have the heart to care but now, they are just ragging on something because they are sad, bored and they hate their life. I am mix so I fit into any ethnicity.
