On puzzle pirates my computer says it has been tainted by a banned ancount so what do i do to get it off?

So what do I have to do to get it off? With out email unless its a way by someone else other than puzzlepirates unless you want to help and you are on puzzlepirates. My login name is dogy122, and my pirates name is captinblac so please someone help me.
