Is Catholicism true to the early Christian church?

Catholicism IS the early Christian Church. The Catholic Church is the only Church founded by Jesus Christ, the only Church approved by Him, and the only Church that existed for more than 1,000 years after His death and resurrection. What Christ required of His Church is that it teach the fullness of truth in unity until the end of time. The Catholic Church has been true to that divine mandate for 2,000 years, and will be as long as humanity exists.
