How to turn my faded black hair to burgendy red?

okay, i have blonde on top and black on bottom and i have the right side of mi hair on then ends of its bleached and its purple . but what i want to do is turn my dyed black hair into a Burgundy red. and i am a natural bright *** blonde . so the roots of my black hair are blonde and through out the black i hav cheetah spots that or brownish blonde don't ask i hav not ideal how they got there . but i have had this look for about 3 years. and i really want a change so if i dye the black , red wil it actually turn out red?
