How do you know if a new born finch is dieing?

watch to see if the parents are feeling him. if not run to the nearest pet store and buy some BABY bird food for the breed or similar and a tiny surenge and become mommy. YOU CAN DO IT! their are directions for feeding on the package. make sure the crop is full and doesnt empty. :)
