Do you know the name of this cartoon?

The first episode was a heap of different gangs all meeting together in some waste plant yard to fight, and there was an explosion of radioactive stuff and everyone got superpowers. The main character got (I think) the power to control metal, and his worst enemy could burst into flame at will, without getting hurt. There were a heap of other powers too. Does anyone know what it was called?
