Best friend advice help?

Now that I got your attention, no I don't have or any STD... My best friiend and I (im a girl hes a boy) are super close we would complain about bfs/gfs all the time to eachother... Be on the phone for hours... We know eachother inside and out! So, we have never been intimate or anything ever it's always been purely platonic that is until two days ago we got drunk an had and surprisingly I feel differently about him... like I realized I care about him alot more than I thought...idk if I should tell him or what to do I'm scared and I need advice.
