I'd contact a legal authority about suing them, once you are correctly diagnosed elsewhere. Never have unprotected AGAIN. You said you've been suffering like this for 3 years and that you can kick yourself for not using protection with some of your other partners, but you had once with the new guy one time without a condom... I mean, why would you do that knowing the symptoms you are having, you could put him at risk for your illness and purt yourself at risks for even more std's because you are irresponsible. All it takes is one time to have unprotected and you ruin your life forever. Why do you keep doing that to yourself?! This is why std's are so widespread.
